By far the biggest challenge is cleaning your old chain and getting it fully free from oil. We can not emphasise strongly enough that when cleaning your chain prior to the first application you should take your time and do a thorough job, if you cut corners or don't fully clean the chain then the wax will have issues binding with the metal and won't last as long as it should, you will also find that you contaminate the molten wax as a result. So once again, fully follow the deep cleaning instructions to get the full benefit for the wax.

We aim to have all orders processed the same working day. Orders should be delivered the next day even at weekends - where possible.
